Kundalini Action Lasts All Day |
Up to the point of the 'cosmic consciousness' experience, my sitting meditation periods were calm and peaceful, but with a wonderful tingling sensation every now and then. After this event, and for a period of about three weeks, my sessions were always accompanied by the presence of the 'Presence.' Something had been activated. At this time, I had moved to the giant loft of an oceanfront building that housed some very exotic antiques that included all manner of furniture and Oriental rugs, etc. A friend of mine provided these living quarters. I chose a large area and arranged some furniture and rugs into a nice living area. There was a bathroom and a small cooking area, so I was set. |
I arose one Saturday morning around 8:00 and washed up, etc. I went and looked out the window at the ocean. Casually, the 'Presence' made itself known. Intuitively, I went and lay down on a big Oriental rug in the middle of the room. I was on my back with my hands at my side. The Kundalini / Holy Spirit life force now made itself known. The active principle of creation was operating. A wonderful tingling sensation, akin to a cold chill, but not cold as such, filled me for a short period. What I later learned to be 'krias' began to take place. My body would pulsate as well as vibrate in different areas. My head would shake; my stomach would tighten and vibrate. I assume this would seem to be violent to an observer, but it was somewhat pleasant and easily tolerated, and I had a sense that it was for my good, so I was eager to go with the flow. After all, I had reveled in the 'cosmic consciousness' experience; so let the games begin. |
This went on for about two hours. I was getting tired, so I decided to take a break from the action. I got up and sat down for a few minutes. This stopped the action and lifted the 'Presence'. Note that, I could stop the action any time on my own volition, and I could have gone on to some daily activity, but I intuitively went back to the floor. The action begins again around 11:00. I certainly can't remember every movement that occurred, but they were numerous in kind and number. Another three hours of action went by before I was tired again. This was continuous physical action, with only a few brief respites in the activity. I took another break. But, I was determined to ride this experience out, so I hit the floor again. During all this, my mind was very alive, but not concerned, and not rambling around, but centered in the moment's activity. I was in a pleasantly attentive mood throughout the whole affair. |
This go-round had an episode that really caught my attention. My sexual organ was aroused for a while, and a feeling of sexual pleasure built up to what normally would have been an orgasm. But, at the last second, things calmed right down, and other activity resumed, lasting until about 5:00. By now, I'm starting to wonder when will this end? I take another break for around twenty minutes, and then go the floor again. The 'Presence' is right back on me, so it's not over yet. |
I am calm and undisturbed by all this, but am, of course, extremely curious as to what is happening, and what it means to me. This session produced some remarkable movements and feelings of ecstasy. It lasts for two and a half hours; the last several minutes of which I am perfectly still and immeasurably serene. A 'click' or notice that the whole affair is over takes place, and I get up; intuitively knowing that it is over. This event had lasted almost twelve hours. |
Even though this event can be classified as stupendous, my consciousness took it in stride, and I immediately accepted it as part of my life experience. I guess I was better prepared for it than most people would be, due to the fact that I had read extensively on relative subject matter, that I was meditating, that I had the 'cosmic consciousness' experience, and that, as a searcher on the quest, I was open to receive. |
I'm not going to go into long detail here, but my emotional awareness and intuitive mental acuity continue to be much heightened since that remarkable day of life force activity. I seem to get more into any type event, happening, or general life occurrence; whether it be a movie, a political debate, a sports event, general conversation, or when I'm out shag dancing. A deeper and more aware sense of the inherent characteristics of people, places, things, and situations is aroused, and this is many times enjoyable and informative. Wherever I am, and at all times, I get a quick notice of everything that is going on around me. It is as if I carry a small leftover seed from the 'cosmic consciousness' episode that enabled me to identify more closely with anything and everything. |
Although I have never had another all day session like that, my meditation period continues to have the active "Presence' operating. The kundalini is still active with krias and mudras. If I sit down and don't issue a decree for a specific action, the kundalini will act on its own initiative and in its own way. However, I can still 'click' in the 'Presence' and direct it to do a specific action, as in performing a certain exercise routine, or acting on a mental or emotional situation. |
Kundalini activity came to me to the degree that it did, and still does, naturally, and spontaneously. I always relish the action of kundalini. For me, it has always been a most interesting and gratifying experience. There are various ways to activate kundalini. There are many books that give techniques for activating kundalini. Stay away from them. There are types of yoga that are practiced to induce kundalini action. These practices are forcing the action, and as such, one should be cautious in choosing a teacher. Another way of activation is by the touch or look of a 'realized' master. Jesus, as suggested in the Bible, anointed some of his disciples using this method. And, your 'inner' guru will initiate if the karma is sufficient. I suggest that the intention to know and relate to the life force gets action started in the proper manner and degree relative to each individual. An in-depth study of kundalini and other human life underpinnings are presented in the books 'Life is a Science, Not a Roll of the Dice' and 'Infinity of Intrigue.' |

A heightened sense of self and the ability to read and sense the inner auric energetics of individuals relative to their fitness needs would seem to be to the advantage of any clients that may choose to participate in the Yoga by Ennis - Life Science Regimen. |
